Reorganisation

In labour law, a reorganisation often refers to a change at an employer that involves the loss of jobs. With larger employers, a Social Plan is usually drawn up by the employer and an employee representation body, e.g. a trade union, setting out the conditions to which employees eligible for ‘redundancy’ are entitled.
