The employer has the obligation to inform the employee for fixed -term fixed -term employment contracts, with a duration of 6 months or longer, to inform the employee at the latest 1 month whether or not the employment contract will be extended, and in the event that the employment contract is extended, the employer must make the conditions known in writing, under which this is done.
