Shareholder disputes

If there are several shareholders, i.e. co-owners of a company, of your transport company, it is important that all noses are pointed in the same direction. In practice, it often happens that there are two shareholders, with each shareholder holding 50% of the shares and the management of the logistics company being conducted by both shareholders. In case of a conflict, this will often lead to buying out the other shareholder.
