www.transportrechtadvocaat.nl is an initiative of Mr. Otto Lenselink, trading under the name Lenselink Advocatuur (see: www.lenselinkadvocatuur.nl).

Mr. Otto Lenselink has been established as a lawyer in Breda since 2003. He provides advice and procedural legal assistance in the areas of employment law, corporate law and road transport law.

Transport companies, forwarding companies, storage and transhipment companies and other cargo stakeholders from the Netherlands and abroad are part of his clientele.

In 2003, Mr. Otto Lenselink graduated from the University of Groningen in business law. He has been a lawyer in Breda since 2003.

From a broad civil law practice, he has developed as an employment law specialist by, among other things, following a postgraduate course at the University of Leiden. Due to his click and affinity with companies that are involved in (road) transport, he has focused on providing services to companies in the logistics sector since 2015.
